Demolition
Our trained and professional team boast extensive experience in dismantling, demolition and the safe removal of non-licensed asbestos. Furthermore, our demolition operatives are fully accredited and hold CCDO demolition qualification cards, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and legal compliance.

An important part of any demolition or construction job is the efficient extraction of rock and soil to facilitate an area where construction is to take place, and is often the initial step in preparing a site.
Prior to commencing any excavation work, our dedicated team will liaise with the client and conduct a thorough site assessment to determine the location of any underground utilities such as gas, water pipes or electrical cables, and carryout an assessment to identify any hazards that may pose a risk to the health and safety of our team, the public or the surrounding environment.
Following this assessment, TDE will develop a strategic excavation plan or method statement. This document will outline the specific controls and safety measure required to mitigate any site risks and to safeguard all operatives throughout the process.
Machine Hire
TDE offer a wide range of machine for hire to suit various project requirements. Ranging in size and function, we can help you plan your project and supply the best equipment to suit your needs. Our machine options include 3600 Excavators, loading shovels, articulated dump trucks, ride-on rollers and skid steer loaders.
Our machines can be hired with one of our highly trained CPCS qualified operatives.
Removal of non-notifiable asbestos
TDE work closely with different organisations and surveyors to ensure the safe and efficient removal of non-notifiable asbestos.
To clarify, non-licensed asbestos presents a lower risk of exposure and therefore requires less stringent regulatory requirements. This type of asbestos is often non-friable, which means the asbestos fibres are firmly bound within a matrix, reducing the likelihood of the fibres becoming airborne. This can include asbestos cement products, and asbestos insulation boards.
Our experienced operatives have received Cat B Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Training and have undergone full face fit testing.

Skip hire
